Diamond wire is used to size the blocks to the dimensions requested by the client and to perform thick cuts directly on the raw material.

Two gang saws allow the blocks to be transformed into slabs of various thicknesses, generally between 2 and 3 cm, but also up to 6 cm.

The GMM 662 edge polisher allows for numerous processes such as bullnose, half-bullnose, drip grooves, and edge calibration.

The surface polisher enables polishing, honing, brushing, and calibration of stone tiles.

The production department is completed by CNC machines and 5-axis cutters—GMM 400 Extra and 700 Agil—and the 13-axis GL5 machine.
